Joe, the owner was great and suggested what I needed and promptly delivered the unit. They explained how to use it and charge it too when time to return they promptly came and collected the unit. We called up Get Around Mobility and they came back to the hotel to switch out the scooter with a manual wheelchair. The staff were really great to communicate with and very helpful.
